Flash / ActionScript Programmer / Graphic Designer

We are looking for a Macromedia Flash / ActionScript programmer to join our creative team and assist in development of Flash movies / animations. Experience of developing XML / database driven applications would be very usefull. Will also require basic Graphic Design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
